Each participant will work with a 4" nursery tree or shrub and learn the basic techniques used to shape and style a young bonsai. During the workshop, we’ll explore how to observe a plant’s natural character, guide its form through simple pruning and wiring, and create a balanced composition in a bonsai pot. The focus is on practical skills that you can continue to develop at home.
